Cancellation Policy

All cancellations must be made 24 hours in advance or you will be charged 50% of the service fee. If you cancel the day of service or are a no-show, you will be charged 100%. To cancel a service, please text 808-652-3918 saying you wish to cancel. Include your name and date of scheduled service. If you have any cold or flu symptoms, please reschedule your appointment.
